Genius GTC8.23 Nitro Kit
Genius GTC8.23 Nitro Kit
The new Genius GTC8.23 is a technological evolution of the previous GTC8.
The new central transmission, in the GTC8.23, improves the balance of weights, which are better distributed with respect to the geometric center of the model car. This improvement makes the model car more stable in corners.
We are introducing a new rear hub with a pivot ball system which makes it easier to adjust toe and consequently track width. This important evolution allows to continuously adjust the toe without changing the pitch of the model car. We have also added a new Ackermann position which helps in low grip situations
New large central brake with hexagonal drag. This new position improves the self-centering of the brake disc providing more effective and constant braking compared to the previous version.
Completely redesigned radio plate to allow easier installation and to be more ergonomic. The new lowered configuration is designed to simplify all brake, accelerator and steering anchorages. The new large receiver box is positioned in the center of the servos to optimize the passage of cables and connections.
The design of the new chassis is based on flex and torsion. As can be seen, the chassis is symmetrical in terms of lighting, creating an important cooling effect due to the passage of air.
We have introduced a new quick system release of the differential from the front castle, this self-centering system facilitates the adjustment of the bevel gear and allows you to raise and lower the differential by 3 mm. With this innovation greatly facilitates disassembly, reassembly and calibration operations, improving the smoothness of the bevel gear.
The battery housing position is independent of the radio plate and any other mechanical part of the model car. In this position the battery does not affect the torsion and flex of the chassis and the low position of the battery helps the weight center of the model car.
The new rear shock tower features lowered housings for the shock absorbers and body support.
The front / rear stirring system of the GTC8.23 has been completely revised and redesigned. The new stirring system allows the model to twist but not flex as the spacers are perfectly adjustable and centralized.
We introduce an absolute novelty in the 1: 8 GT segment. A central ball drive system called BDS ( Ball Drive Shaft ). This ball system increases the smoothness of the whole transmission. This technique already tested by our team in the 1: 5 category turns out to be the best solution in terms of performance and durability.
